Shielded Beauty Return Policy

We hope you love your Shielded Beauty products, however we understand that sometimes it’s not the right fit. We accept returns on items purchased from www.shieldedbeauty.com within 30 days purchase. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on www.shieldedbeauty.com are final sale.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at returns@shieldedbeauty.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return and why. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.  In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us at returns@shieldedbeauty.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you place your return. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
